Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Content Clinic website at contentclinic.org and any services provided by Content Clinic ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
1. The website
The site is provided for general information about our work and as a way to contact us. Content is provided in good faith and may be updated or removed without notice. Nothing on the site is professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise) and should not be relied on as such.
2. Services
We provide marketing strategy, content, and lead generation services to professional firms. A separate engagement letter, proposal, or statement of work signed by both parties governs the specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline of any engagement. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed engagement document prevails for that engagement.
3. Diagnostic tools
Our Vitals Check and any other free diagnostic tools are educational and indicative. The output is generated based on the answers you provide and should not be treated as a guaranteed assessment of business outcomes.
4. Intellectual property
All site content — copy, design, code, brand marks, and case study material — is owned by Content Clinic or licensed to us, and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written consent.
For paid engagements, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client on full payment, as set out in the engagement document. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies (including the Diagnose → Prescribe → Treat → Monitor approach and the CPR framework) remain our intellectual property.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any access (accounts, brand assets, subject-matter input) needed for us to deliver the work. Delays or omissions on the client side may shift timelines and are not grounds for refund.
6. Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedule, and currency are set out in the engagement document. Invoices are due on the terms stated there. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation survives termination.
8. No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control — including market conditions, product quality, the client's sales process, and execution speed. We commit to professional standards of work, not to specific revenue, lead, or ranking outcomes unless explicitly stated in writing in an engagement document.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Content Clinic and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from an engagement is capped at the fees paid by the client for the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Third-party links and tools
The site and our deliverables may reference or link to third-party tools, platforms, and content. We do not control and are not responsible for those third parties, and their use is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in line with the notice terms in the engagement document. We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time without notice for security, maintenance, or legal reasons.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
